Collections Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Collections Agent to join our Finance team. You will serve as a liaison between the accounting team and our clients while focusing on collections. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager and works closely with Operations & Legal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reduce delinquencies and improve collections and AR aging in a structured and scalable way
  • Recommend and act to promptly collect past due AR (emails, calls, letters.)
  • Work with Accounting Manager on imposing late fees where appropriate
  • Collaborate with accounting on what has been collected vs. outstanding
  • Track AR collections outreach and responses in spreadsheet and ERP system and be able to document/report on progress weekly with Accounting Manager
  • Work with the executive team, including legal counsel, on coordinating small claims or other necessary legal action
  • Provide recommendation on bad debt and manage bad debt levels

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years’ collections experience, demonstrated AR process and collections success
  • Must have impeccable communication skills, both speaking and writing
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience with Intacct and QuickBooks a plus
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Attorney

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Attorney with at least four years of experience within a law firm and/or corporate legal department.

IDEAL CANDIDATE’S SUBSTANTIVE KNOWLEDGE BASE:

  • IRS/DOL compliance relating to health and welfare benefit plans
  • DOL and IRS audits relating to ERISA
  • Fiduciary obligations under ERISA
  • Tax-qualified retirement plans
  • Executive and equity compensation plans

Office Manager/Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Office Manager/Administrator to help us handle day-to-day operations in the office at FCCI! You are someone who thrives on helping others, even taking initiative to proactively address issues that may arise. You are also some who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with quick changing priorities. This person is also someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands into a project and finding their way to a workable solution.

This role will be vital to our continued, and future success as we grow, through helping our team perform their duties to the best of their abilities. As the Office Manager/Administrator for First Capitol, you will get to work with all department heads to facilitate user access to our various accounts, and be the main point of contact for all office-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle purchasing (and the budget) for the office supplies, equipment, and snacks
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of office kitchens, fax/copier areas, and conference rooms
  • Providing Tier 1 level phone and IT support before escalation to a third-party vendor
  • Manage FCCI active directory for employee network access including set-up, maintenance, and additions/edits to profiles within the system
  • Maintain company records and inventory for office equipment so that we may accurately forecast spending in the future
  • Review and make recommendations on office vendors
  • Create cost center maps for company cards, purchases, and parking
  • Parking administration, including reviewing monthly invoices, making changes, and purchasing parking validations/keycards for access

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be the first point of contact for our candidates, and impact how they see our organization. PROFILE:

First Capitol is looking for a Client Services Associate to oversee the delivery of First Capitol’s product and service portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collaborate with First Capitol’s implementation experts on product installation and integration, often across multiple products and services.
  • Provide consultative support to key client stakeholders around risk management, regulatory compliance, financial performance optimization and workforce data quality via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Possess deep domain knowledge expertise across all of First Capitol’s products and services.
  • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals. Manage client expectations and reporting cycles in order to timely and accurately meet strict regulatory deadlines. Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Metrics and actionable Business Intelligence. Support quality assurance review of key data inputs, methodological application, and analytic outputs.
  • Conduct meetings with client stakeholders to perform review and explanation of calculation outputs. Guide and oversee client’s implementation of key action items identified
  • Provide subject matter expertise on client internal controls, process optimization, risk management, and analytics.
  • Provide product and client feedback to other parts of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development.
  • Respond to requests for information from regulatory agencies including the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), the Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”), and other government agencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Technical or business focus preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships in a complex knowledge environment. Desired but not required.
  • Strong quantitative, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy individual who is detail-oriented, organized and highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independent and collaboratively.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overall brand development, product marketing and supporting the sales effort through marketing campaigns.  General responsibilities include the development, management and maintenance of all marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.  As a direct report to the VP, Marketing & Communications and company leadership, these marketing efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of FCCI.

  • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing
  • Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events and digital marketing
  • Oversee online advertising including Google Adwords campaigns and organic search, SEO resources and social media
