Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, by focusing on our Humanefits software platform end products. The AE will prospect new business leads as well as use his/her existing relationships to sell to mid to enterprise-size businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell a portfolio of Humanefits products directly to mid to enterprise-size organizations
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Achieve annual sales goals

Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual who loves being a fixer and who has a far-ranging skill set to help our Director of Product Implementation through administrative support. This person will excel with scheduling, calendaring, communicating (both written and oral), time management, and project management. For this individual to succeed they will have high levels of professionalism, organization, and multitasking as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, analysis, compilation, and delivery of client reports on a Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual basis.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain personnel and client files.
  • Assist with filing, pulling files, scanning, and sending client documents and agreements.
  • Assist with the day to day duties of our Director of Product Implementation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.
    • Transform, consolidate, validate and cleanse data from client technology platforms and databases.
    • Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and workforce analytics insights.
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the performance of Penalty Risk Assessment audits for prospective clients of First Capitol located in the U.S. subject to IRC 4980H.
    • Provide quality assurance support around analytic outputs contained in business intelligence reports.
    • Assist with new product and analytics development and testing, as well as existing product and analytics optimization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an individual who relishes working in the digital realm in conducting exciting inbound marketing campaigns and online advertising using cutting edge programs, and pushing the ongoing operational effectiveness of websites and other digital properties to drive sales and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementing online advertising, including Google Adwords campaigns and organic search, SEO resources, and social media.
  • Creating and planning media buys and oversee campaigns entailing social, display, search, contextual, behavioral, and video channels to optimize implementation of inbound marketing strategies.

Director of Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION

First Capitol is looking for a Director of Sales to help us grow our sales team significantly. This individual has managed 50-100 people before and knows how to both grow the team and sustain that growth. We are looking for this person to also have experience with a larger corporation and knows what that structure looks like, so they can impart that knowledge here to great effect. This Director of Sales will have great opportunity to build out a sales department through their love for optimizing processes and operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and managing large teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all sales team members, including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Business Development Executives
  • Hire continuously and contribute significantly to the recruiting of talent as we grow our sales team
  • Train all new team members as well as continuously train all current team members on best practices and new industry information
  • Develop and implement a high-result sales process
  • Manage sales reporting, working closely with key team members to ensure that useable and streamlined reports are available for sales management.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who loves a fast-paced environment and a dynamic workload – from designing website landing pages to tradeshow booths to brochures to mocking up a cutting-edge SaaS product. You’re undoubtedly creative – but we also need you to be highly methodical with strategy, extremely analytical with metrics and incredibly organized with your time as you’ll be juggling multiple projects on a daily basis.

  • Conceptualizes and creates designs, concepts, layouts and typography based on knowledge of design principles
  • Creates brochures, business cards, and other print collateral
  • Designs mock-ups for websites, landing pages, blogs, HTML5 ads, digital collateral, presentations, newsletters, infographics
  • Produces tradeshow materials and collateral (booths, fabric backdrops, swag, marketing materials)
  • Creates PDFs with fillable forms
  • Manages outsourced front-end developers to execute your mock-ups

    • Facilitate and coordinate the extraction, receipt, storage and security of highly sensitive data from client technology platforms including, but not limited to: HRMS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Leave of Absence.
    • Transform, consolidate, validate and cleanse data from client technology platforms and databases.
    • Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and workforce analytics insights.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional writing skills who enjoys creating content for digital and social media channels.  Responsibilities will include writing for websites and blogs, managing and creating content for social media platforms, working on media relations activities, including press releases and media pitches, and researching industry trends and current events to maximize content effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting blog content, media pitch letters, press releases, long- and short-form web and social media postings, and bylined op-eds.
  • May aid and assist in the creation of email communications, marketing collateral, and advertising.
  • Working with VP to manage media relations activities, including research into appropriate media outlets to promote products and services, as well as tell corporate brand story.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing required.
  • Demonstrated experience writing effective copy for digital and social media channels.
  • Adept at using social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Proficient in using Word Press.

The First Capitol software development team builds internal and external software in support of its Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance suite, Hiring Tax Credits, Pay Equity, EEO-1 and Data Quality Management offerings. We are looking for candidates who have extensive technical product management experience building new platforms at scale and deep technical understanding of those platforms – balanced with customer empathy, strong execution capability and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the company vision, business goals and identify critical customer requirements
  • Ensure effective two-way communication between the software development team and internal and external customers
  • As the product owner, work with the development team & dependent teams to drive execution toward the product goals
  • Gather first level technical requirements, define initial features and maintain the product roadmap with engineering and operational teams.
  • Effectively manage dependencies, priorities and plan ahead

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years designing and delivering software products that solve internal and external customer needs
  • Record of accomplishment of working closely with developers, customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities – demonstrating a passion for the customer
  • Prior hands-on development experience, development and presentation of technical demos
