Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative in our Los Angeles based office.


Monday-Thursday: 9AM-6PM

Saturday: 8AM-5PM


  • Answers incoming calls from clients and their employees.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with every caller.
  • Assist with filing of paperwork.
  • Contacting clients regarding additional support documents as needed.


  • Experience in an inbound call center.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.  Written and oral.

Bilingual Outreach Specialist

First Capitol Consulting is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Outreach Specialist to educate consumers on available healthcare programs.


  • Educate clients and their employees on products, services and healthcare.
  • Work with management on critical client issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of medical insurance choices in California.
  • Assess and recommend client and employee programs and schedule educational workshops with clients.


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Medi-Cal enrollment
  • Experience with Covered California enrollments
  • Comfortable with speaking to potential enrollees via phone and in-person

Our quest for innovation and serving our growing client base is driving the fast-paced expansion of FCCI.   With focus on continuing this aggressive growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to enhance our sales division.


The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, by focusing on our Humanefits software platform end products.  The BDE will prospect new business leads as well as use his/her existing relationships to sell to mid to enterprise-size businesses.

  • Sell a portfolio of Humanefits products directly to mid to enterprise-size organizations
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Achieve annual sales goals
  • Maintain records of sales activities and results in CRM (HubSpot) system

  • Bachelor's degree required

We're looking for a Client Success Specialist to join us here at First Capitol Consulting! This individual is someone who thrives on delighting clients by helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Prior experience with a SaaS product is beneficial, with bonus points for work within the tax compliance or finance realm! We are specifically looking for an individual who is intelligent, passionate, high-integrity, creative, determined and empathetic with our clients.


  • Managing multiple ongoing client relationships by prioritizing daily requests and action items with internal teams and efficiently communicating updates with clients
  • Preparation of client data so that it can be accurately uploaded to our Humanefits platform
  • Identifying new solutions to improve overall satisfaction with our products
  • Foster current relationships with clients to ensure retention, as well as cross-selling products where applicable
  • Use existing relationships with clients to network and generate referrals as well as coordinate with the sales team to capitalize on those referrals


  • 2+ years’ experience managing client relationships with large enterprises (B2B), focused on success objectives: optimizing onboarding, retention/renewals, and upselling current clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
  • Experience in a sales related role is a plus
  • A high degree of technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills specific to software related issues
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and HubSpot CRM a plus

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overall brand development, product marketing and supporting the sales effort through marketing campaigns.  General responsibilities include the development, management and maintenance of all marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.  As a direct report to the VP, Marketing & Communications and company leadership, these marketing efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of FCCI.

  • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing
  • Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events and digital marketing
  • Oversee online advertising including Google Adwords campaigns and organic search, SEO resources and social media
  • Liaise with internal sales and product teams to execute FCCI’s brand vision
  • Manage relationships with channel partners in accounting and insurance
  • Create a dashboard for metrics, including growth against social media objective and digital traffic goals delivered, and articulate metrics on a regular basis to management
  • Spearhead digital marketing efforts (social media and content marketing) including measuring and reporting on performance
  • Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of FCCI product and services in the marketplace
  • Recommend development of new marketing materials and assets as appropriate
  • Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations
  • Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their goals by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations, and implement an effective Service Level Agreement between Sales and Marketing
  • Guide the daily activities of marketing staff, ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team


  • 6+ years marketing experience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Ability to evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI including distribution channels, PPC, SEO, Email, Content Marketing and Social Media
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects

Sales Development Representative


The role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through a strategic outbound sales process. The SDR will be provided with daily leads and will focus on setting up appointments for our Business Development team.

  • Produce qualified prospects through daily outbound cold calls, emails and messaging.
  • Set up appointments for our Business Development team.
  • Identify and research target companies to understand target organizations’ products and/or services.
