Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue, by focusing on our Humanefits software platform end products. The AE will prospect new business leads as well as use his/her existing relationships to sell to mid to enterprise-size businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell a portfolio of Humanefits products directly to mid to enterprise-size organizations
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume
  • Achieve annual sales goals
  • Maintain records of sales activities and results in CRM (HubSpot) system
  • Remain current on industry trends

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Associate Product Manager

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a whip smart, creative product manager to join our tech team in an exciting new realm of regulatory technology. This is a person who takes pride in their work and takes charge of their product with the interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with all stakeholders. You will be encouraged to work autonomously & voice your opinions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full lifecycle development of products and features
  • Actively contribute to the overall product vision and strategy
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Develop business domain knowledge, contribute to high level ideation
  • Understand core customer problems through various user discovery methods
  • Work with stakeholders to build consensus on features, priority and roadmaps
  • Collaborate between engineering, UX and QA to ship your product
  • Be the first point of contact between engineering, customer support and other teams
  • Define, plan the execution of and deliver within roadmaps

  • Communicate product and design strategy across all levels of the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of Product Management or related experience
  • Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
  • Experience developing Internet and data products and technologies
  • Experience in fast-paced startup tech environments
  • Able to articulate complex business ideas into clear and detailed technical requirements, analyze UX, develop Data or UI concepts, wireframes as required
  • Able to influence team direction and clearly articulate rationale behind recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Attorney

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Attorney with at least four years of experience within a law firm and/or corporate legal department.

IDEAL CANDIDATE’S SUBSTANTIVE KNOWLEDGE BASE:

  • IRS/DOL compliance relating to health and welfare benefit plans
  • DOL and IRS audits relating to ERISA
  • Fiduciary obligations under ERISA
  • Tax-qualified retirement plans
  • Executive and equity compensation plans
  • HIPAA and ACA interplay with ERISA a plus

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in analyzing, drafting and providing feedback on various types of legal documents including sales/services/vendor agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements, employee handbook, etc.
  • Experience in corporate governance, internal controls and compliance matters, including corporate formation and formalities, human resource investigations and information security.
  • Experience in IP due diligence, filing and protection, including analyzing IP protectability and noninfringement issues and drafting various technology-related agreements.

HOURS:

Monday-Thursday: 9AM-6PM

Saturday: 8AM-5PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers incoming calls from clients and their employees.

PROFILE:

First Capitol is looking for a Client Services Associate to oversee the delivery of First Capitol’s product and service portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collaborate with First Capitol’s implementation experts on product installation and integration, often across multiple products and services.
  • Provide consultative support to key client stakeholders around risk management, regulatory compliance, financial performance optimization and workforce data quality via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Possess deep domain knowledge expertise across all of First Capitol’s products and services.
  • Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals. Manage client expectations and reporting cycles in order to timely and accurately meet strict regulatory deadlines. Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Metrics and actionable Business Intelligence. Support quality assurance review of key data inputs, methodological application, and analytic outputs.
  • Conduct meetings with client stakeholders to perform review and explanation of calculation outputs. Guide and oversee client’s implementation of key action items identified
  • Provide subject matter expertise on client internal controls, process optimization, risk management, and analytics.
  • Provide product and client feedback to other parts of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development.
  • Respond to requests for information from regulatory agencies including the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), the Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”), and other government agencies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Technical or business focus preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships in a complex knowledge environment. Desired but not required.
  • Strong quantitative, analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy individual who is detail-oriented, organized and highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Ability to work independent and collaboratively.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal). Passion for assisting and teaching clients how to maximize the benefits of First Capitol’s products.
  • Strong ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word experience.
  • Familiarity with database languages and data analytic/visualization platforms such as SQL, XML, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Desired but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through a strategic outbound sales process. The SDR will be provided with daily leads and will focus on setting up appointments for our Business Development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce qualified prospects through daily outbound cold calls, emails and messaging.
  • Set up appointments for our Business Development team.
  • Identify and research target companies to understand target organizations’ products and/or services.
  • Maintain active communication and follow-up with leads by following a strategic sales cadence.

Supervising Senior Workforce Analyst

Supervising Senior Workforce Analyst

  • Conceptualize, develop and stress test regulatory risk compliance models relating to complex IRS regulations, applicable to large employer-clients;
  • Evaluate and audit client health benefit offerings for ACA compliance for avoiding potential excise tax penalties under the ACA;
  • Create, develop and validate proprietary computer algorithms and compliance models for ACA compliance and reporting;
  • Analyze company ownership records for establishing IRS Controlled groups to determine aggregate employer groups
  • Perform “Applicable Large Employer” determinations as required by the IRC
  • Lead and provide critical oversight, guidance and support to data operations coordinators, data analysts and workforce analysts;
  • Create audit defensible records and perform risk assessments pertaining to clients’ internal proprietary or third party information systems.
